Material handling hoses

From light work hoses to robust sludge-handling hose-/pipelines, rubber brings many benefits for the design and maintenance of material transfer lines. The elastic rubber material absorbs the momentum of the transferred material. As a flexible surface, it reduces the strain on the hose and dampens the vibrations caused by pumps. Moreover, rubber can recover from deformation without damages.

 

We manufacture Titan and Granit hoses for sludge transfer, as well as hoses for charging pumps and hose pumps used in mines and refineries. The dimensions of the Titan and Granit sludge hoses have been chosen to make the hoses compatible with the most common connectors. We also manufacture a range of Nyrim and aluminium couplings for the hoses. The couplings are made from D-RIM, a noncorrodible and shock-resistant material. To ensure a tight joint, we recommend that you use our gaskets. Titan Plus is a special hose manufactured in required lengths for applications where the pressure rating of ordinary sludge hoses is not enough. Its structure and dimensions are designed on a case-by-case basis. Titan Plus hoses are equipped with a freely rotating connector that makes the installation of even large hoses a breeze. The joint does not require a separate gasket.
