Moulded rubber products

Teknikum manufactures moulded products with machines, in large series or small batches, for basic solutions or challenging special applications. The compression power in our largest presses reaches several tonnes and enables us to use moulds that are several meters across. We use 3D modelling in the development of moulded products.

 

Material options are simulated with FEM calculation, resulting in a solution that is suitable for customer needs. In-house tools manufacture work shop shortens the time from the drawing board to the completed product. The moulds are manufactured with our own CNC machines.

 

The manufacturing techniques we use include injection and compression moulding of rubber, injection moulding and extrusion of plastic, polyurethane casting, reaction injection moulding (RIM) and liquid silicone injection moulding.
